We only sell pianos that have been acclimated to the dry Arizona climate. We do not sell used pianos that have recently come from other parts of the country. A used piano that has been in a more humid climate for many years and is swollen with moisture has the possibility of drying out severely in Arizona and incurring expensive damage
We completely recondition every used piano from top to bottom by our team of highly skilled technicians. We often spend 4 to 5 days taking a used piano apart and reconditioning it to a high level of performance and any part that even looks slightly suspect we replace. All pianos are regulated and tuned to A440 concert pitch.
We place a 5-year warranty parts and labor on our used pianos. You should never have a problem with one of our reconditioned pianos but if you do rest assured we will quickly send someone out to take care of it absolutely free of charge!
We give, in writing, a 5 year Full Trade Back Allowance towards any piano in our store of equal or greater value! Our trade back policy is unique and no other piano store in Arizona offers it. Anytime within 5 years you can trade back the piano purchased for 100% of your purchase price. IT DOES NOT have to be a trade up and can be of the same value. In other words if you find another piano in our store that you like better and if it's the same price we will simply exchange it! If it's a more expensive instrument, simply pay the difference! Also you would exchange against our everyday low prices not some inflated retail price. This is our belief in writing about the value of the pianos we sell!
